Job Description:
SushilTrade is looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Operate tools and machinery for repairs and modifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Work closely with engineers and other team members to improve equipment performance.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter or in a similar role.
Trade certification in Fitting & Machining or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of machinery.
Familiarity with welding, fabrication, and machining (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
